Luxury 3BR Apartment in Covent Gardens, Piccadilly

Over expectation experience - top location, cozy apartment, we had all utilietes we needed. The management team was in r Positive: Top location, super location for families. Negative: -

Great apartment,excellent location 3 flights of stairs located on 3rd floor of building so probably not good with small Positive: Perfectly located and spacious . Also nice to have 3 bathrooms. Great responsive management . We got an answer within minutes if we had an issue Negative: Beds were small and not very comfortable . It was loud at night but that comes with the location.

Overall the place has good bones but further decor and comfors and less overbearing property manager would push it to a Positive: Fantastic location amidst bakeries, upscale clothing stores, pubs and restaurants, 2 nice bathtubs, 3 full bathrooms, uniques and cute loft, laundry, a lot of books, for such a central location bedroom was very quiet Negative: Too many petty and bothersome rules: no shoes on exterior stairs which was very odd for 3 flights of stairs to the apartment (when second floor neighbor walked up with her shoes), only 1 key for a three-bedroom apartment is hard, the management company projected much of their work onto us, too much unnecessary and bothersome communication such as asking us what time we will leave, inconvenient key pick-up spot at a store 5 min walk away when they can just put a standard lockbox or key code, long list of checkout rules, coordination for giving key to cleaning lady at checkout, she arrived 20 min before our stated checkout time of 11 am, who waited outside the apartment waiting for us to leave, she was nice enough but that created extra stress for no good reason. In December with cold weather outside, the apartment was very hot and seems like indoor temperature was no easy to correct, the thermostat above the fireplace remained at 27 C. The apartment had no real decorations—bare walls and furniture.

Un appartamento perfetto! Positive: Questo appartamento ci ha letteralmente salvati dopo che la nostra precedente prenotazione è stata cancellata al momento del check-in. Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo secondo e i proprietari sono stati di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili: in appena mezz’ora eravamo già sistemati! L’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e super accogliente: tre camere con tre bagni — davvero il top! In più, la posizione è perfetta, centralissima e comoda per muoversi ovunque. Un soggiorno impeccabile, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Un saluto ad Amanda, grazie per la gentilezza e disponibilità.
