Positive: Really nice and maintained apartment. Close to station and mall . Host was responsive and acted fast if there was any issue .

Worst stay ever during the last 20 years of traveling and booking through booking.com Positive: Nothing. Negative: This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have had during approximately 20 years of booking hotels through Booking.com. I booked this property for an eight-night family holiday in London, expecting accommodation of a reasonable standard. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. I did not realise when booking that the property was more like Airbnb-style accommodation rather than a proper hotel, and the overall condition and standard were extremely disappointing. The property was not clean, the carpets and curtains were dirty, some of the furniture was broken, and there was an unpleasant smell inside the accommodation. We also noticed signs of mould, which made the overall condition even more concerning. The facilities were extremely limited and far below what I would normally expect when booking accommodation for a family holiday. The location was also disappointing and inconvenient for us, which added to an already poor experience. What disappointed me most was the difference between my expectations when booking through Booking.com and what we actually experienced on arrival. Had the nature, condition and standard of this accommodation been clearer to me before booking, I would never have chosen it for an eight-night family stay. After many years of travelling and regularly using Booking.com, I can genuinely say that this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it, particularly for families expecting the standards and facilities normally associated with hotel accommodation.

Wohnung an lärmintensiver Lage Positive: Nahe an der U-Bahn. Waschmaschine, geräumige Schlafzimmer, sauber, eine Kontaktperson war per Mail erreichbar, noch angenehmer wäre vor Ort oder am Telefon. Negative: Extrem laut, da Bahn und Autobahn direkt angrenzend, Im Sommer zu heiss (28 Grad) und lüften in Nacht auf Grund extremem Lärm unmöglich. Keine Nachttischlampe und defekte Badezimmerspiegellampe bei Ankunft. Die 5. Person musste auf einem dünnen Schaumstoff schlafen, keine Kaffeekapseln vorhanden, oft keine W-Lan-Verbindung, wir hatten Mühe den Schlüssel bei der Ankunft zu finden. Die Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern sind arg strapaziert und müssten erneuert werden.

Average not good as expected Negative: Gabbage room is so dirty, inside trash cart is full and dirty therefore I simply put the trash bag on the floor inside. Ridiculously host ask me to put back trash bag inside the trash cart. Ok fine i put back and he even ask me to take pics. This is ridiculous,cleaning trash is yheir responsibility. Not mine. I already puy m trash inside. Also the bnb is super noisy, car horn yhroughout the whole night. Bad

Perfect for a family. Positive: It was very close to the tube and a huge shopping mall. It was spacious and light. We contacted the hosts since one of the beds had a problem. It was fixed same day even though it was a Sunday.
