Negative: Arrived without receiving check in details. Multiple calls, no answer, then tried WhatsApp and finally received the details
and then upon entering the apartment we found a drying rack full of towels and linen

الشقة واسعه لكن الاثاث مستهلك الموقع صراحة مادري مزعج شوي ماتوقعت اسكن عند شارب العرب ماكان مريح لو ابي اطلع واتمشى برا
Positive: الشقة واسعة التواصل كان ممتاز مع المالك
Negative: التامين لازم يدفع اونلاين مزعج جدا خصوصا ان مافيه استقبال بالعمارة نفسها وترجيع التامين اخذو مني رسوم التحويل الدولي مع اني لما حولت المبلغ حولت كامل التامين بعدين رجع ناقص رسوم التحويل !! الاثاث مره مستهلك

After arriving late with no information, I wasn't aloud access and they charged the whole stay.
