Negative: **Not recommended – Very disappointing experience** We booked this property from **23 September to 3 October 2026** and paid approximately **£1,700 in full**. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the property around midnight between 23 and 24 September. When we arrived, we found a message saying that we needed to contact the property by email to receive instructions for accessing the property. We immediately tried to contact them by email and phone several times, but nobody responded. The phone number provided also did not allow us to contact the property. We then contacted Booking.com for help and were told that the property considered us a no-show and that we would need to pay an additional deposit of around £300 if we still wanted to stay. We clearly confirmed that we still wanted to stay and were willing to pay the deposit. We made several attempts to make the additional payment through the property's payment system/PayPal, but we experienced difficulties completing the payment as foreign customers. We continued trying to contact the property and informed them that we were trying to complete the payment. What was most disappointing was that, despite having already paid approximately **£1,700 for the booking**, and despite clearly confirming through Booking.com that we still wanted to stay, we were eventually told by the property **not to make the payment because someone else had booked the accommodation**. We simply do not understand how our accommodation could be given to another guest when we had already paid the full booking amount and were actively trying to resolve the situation. The biggest problem was the **poor communication and handling of the situation**. We did not simply abandon our booking or refuse to communicate. We made numerous attempts to contact the property and resolve the issue, but we did not receive the support we needed. This experience caused us significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience during our trip.
