Make sure you know which flat you are getting! Upstairs (55) is a 1BR, Downstairs (55A) is a studio! Positive: The location was great, a block away from the tube stop and lots of good food shopping within a few minutes' walk. The kitchen was clean. Negative: Beware of booking this apartment! The grey photos are the street level flat. The colored ones are the upstairs flat and there was no way for us to know which one we were getting because the upstairs was already booked. But they in fact confirmed that apartment in our booking. The day of our arrival they switched us to the downstairs inferior flat and would not compensate us. The bathroom was tiny and dirty, the apartment windows were very small, so there was very little fresh air. Again, the listing was misleading, showing a front door with clear windows but our door had black stickers covering the entire glass so there was very little light. The flat was listed as a 1 BR, but in fact it is a studio with no privacy between the bedroom area and the living room where our daughter slept in the sofa bed. The photos showed a large dining table with 6 chairs. That is in the upstairs flat. In our street level flat the table was 2' by 2' (I measured) with two chairs. It took them 48 hours to deliver a third chair after we complained. Sewage bubbled up from the shower and one had to be very careful brushing one's teeth or one's face would smash into the medicine cabinet. For $200 a night, this flat is not worth it.

Fantastic hosts, will book again for our next trip. Positive: Clean, tidy, homely, great stay ☺️ Negative: Nothing, all was great and as expected.
